Feliz Navidad  a todos! 

I got a present from my mother, a bracelet that says "WWMD" => What Would Mother Do. She would choose the right. Watching the Christ Child has helped me connect and understand Mary and Joseph a lot more. It has given me a lot more appreciation for Mary and in turn has helped me recognize my amazing parents. Especially my mother. Love you mom.  

It's only been four days since my last email. Sorry. I'm not a good writer. 

Esta semana: 

◇ Zone Conference was the day after the temple. We got a lot of training on using technology and Pres Brough talked to us about "the battle of the mind" o sea virtue.  

◇ We canceled English Class to help the branch set up for the Christmas party.  

◇ I got volun-told to be the Angel Gabriel and it was pretty legit not gonna lie. 

◇ Our previous elders quorum president bought us Peruvian food for Christmas.  

◇ Liftmas this morning went hard. Practicing the calisthenics. Ya tu sabes.  

This week we found 4 people. All of them on the weekend. Meaning that the first half of the week was kinda slow. We moved Cristopher's baptism to the 7th of January because we still have to teach a couple of laws. He is really excited to get baptized and confirmed. That's it.

The time to achieve your goals is today. [<-- This is the english translation of the subject line.]  Work hard now so you can receive the blessings the Lord has in store for you. I know that His timing is perfect and things will fall into place according to His will.

Esta semana: 

《 Cristopher prayed and said thanks to God for ice cream.  

《 I got called Tom Cruise in the middle of an aggressive conversation.  

《 I tried meatloaf for the first time at Cornerstone, twas mid, and then after, I tried spicy Indian food. Not good. 

《 Both of my companions got addicted to fruit snack bread.  

《 As a branch we sang at a stake activity. For those of you who were here at this time last year, it was better than last year.    [parent note: in case you are wondering, last year's "performance" was a very, very, very low bar to clear]

《 We got a flat tire.  

《 I got splashed with gross water by the ZL's.  

《 We attended the temple today! It has been too long, twas a good reminder of my covenants.  

The focus was announced early in this transfer, it is virtue.

We found 7/10 this week. We had 6 lessons with members participating which was amazing. Our friends are doing very well! We have one progressing, Cristopher. He is now getting baptized on the 26th. He is very very ready for the gospel and just accepted la ley de castidad [law of chastity] like a champ.

No cap - this week was hard. Probably one of the hardest on my mission, up to this point. In terms of missionary work, I would say it was an "above-average week". But mentally and emotionally it was brutal... I'm not super sure why. 

I'm good now so don't worry. 

Studies were very efficient this week so you get more quotes than usual. Lo siento.

He Would Love First

 Mis amados hermanos

Jesus would love first.  

This week:

》Aunt Sharol came in clutch with the groceries! Love you Aunt Sharol! 

》We saw lots of rats while finding.  

》I had beans on toast (its an English thing) and it was pretty fire no cap. 

》We waited at Gather55 again =>> free burgers.   

》Nuestro oro nos cocinó french toast.  

》Tried unsuccessfully to break into the church. ️ 

》We translated at institute for the first time.  

》Hermanas gave the DC training on the power of the Book of Mormon.  

》We babysat the ZL's oro while they went to MLC. It was fun. We took pictures.  

》We went finding at Meth Park with the youth of the branch.  

》I shadow wrestled this morning and it was so fun. 

We found 8 people this week! Our goal was 15. The weather is making it harder to find but this week is supposed to be warmer so we excited to find more! ABEL GOT BAPTIZED AND CONFIRMED YESTERDAY! It was such a sweet experience, the wife of one of our recent converts got baptized too, se llama Maryory. Abel bore his testimony for like 20 minutes. Cristopher is reading the Book of Mormon frequently, pray for him as he is preparing to be baptized the 30 of December. 

This month I am really focusing on patience. All of you that knew me before the mission know that I am not patience. I feel like it's the attribute that I lack the most. So here are a couple quotes from my studies.
