Hola a todos
So this Easter we rode the bus to church and there was a young man bopping trap music on his speaker. Great spiritually uplifting, faith building music. Not.
This week went by quite fast and here are a couple of the memories:
- The district went to Chinatown in Downtown Boston and I got some pastries that were mega delicious.
- I had went around a Rotary 4x. For fun of course.
- We met a super cool dude from East Africa and another man from Albania! Also a guy from Bangladesh.
- E.Ifopō and I have been playing pool a lot and we starting keeping track. It is 6-6 right now.
- We had the not so wonderful opportunity to sing a special musical number in sacrament meeting yesterday. However I am glad to report that it was a little bit better than the Christmas Catastrophe.
- We went on exchanges with the ZL's. Twas a lit time, shoutout to E.Lewis & E.Hancock. Great ZL's. Good role models.
- Zone Pday today and we played some vball on the most sketch nets I have ever used. Representing the Stockett clan during the games.
- I've started working on my handstands again. My goal is to be able to do a handstand pushup by the end of the mission.
This week was a grind. We had a great lesson with Hermana Allen and he husband came in later. We talked about work, he isn't a member and isn't that interested. So we are just trying to provide the best environment for the Spirit to work. We also have 8 people on date! Now the work really begins. Julieth and Juan are progressing really well. They just got married this Friday!
I learned that regardless of how uncomfortable you are the Spirit will help if you are ready and willing! I also learned that E.Ifopō gets scared easily.
