Holaaaaa [Helloooooooooooo],
We participated in a service project with over 200 people! We were packaging oatmeal and for every 5,000 packets a gong was rung. There was one little boy that really wanted to and the guy in charge said he looked like an experienced gong-ringer.
Esta semana [This week]:
□ We ate at Texas Roadhouse as a district

□ Service on the farm
□ I made jorts
□ Interviews with President Brough, that man has changed my life so much
□ Another intense bloody nose

□ Wedding of Dina y Julio!
Finding was not successful this week; we also weren't super focused on it because we were planning the wedding and baptism. We had 5/8 friends at church! We didnt meet our goal but five souls at church is so amazing! Dina and Julio got confirmed in Sacrament meeting. My companion and I got to give talks about the natural man and the strait and narrow path! I also got to join a family testimony meeting last night which was really cool and a good reminder of how lucky I am. I was able to see how my brother has changed while at college and he just submitted his mission papers. Call incoming!!
Although these days had so much going on, I had the opportunity to learn more about my Savior and I got to see others how he sees them. It is so very important how we treat others. Focus on being a little kinder this week!
Love y'all,
Elder Stockett
"The beginning and the end of the solution is charity, the pure love of Christ." [Deiter F Uchtdorf]
"When obedience becomes our goal, it is no longer an irritation; instead of a stumbling block, it becomes a building block." [James E Faust]
"When we choose to repent, we choose to change! We allow the Savior to transform us into the best version of ourselves. We choose to grow spiritually and receive joy" [Russell M Nelson]
